Managed operations is a delivery model where an outside team takes operational ownership of recurring business work (customer support, community, content ops, data, admin) and runs it as a managed service, with a senior operator accountable for outputs end-to-end.

AI-enabled managed operations
AI-enabled managed operations is managed operations with AI workflows built into the operating layer as a standard inclusion, not a paid add-on. A senior human operator runs the work, AI handles repetitive and deterministic tasks underneath, and the client owns every SOP and automation.

A managed Pod is a pre-composed operations team delivered as a managed service. Every PodFleet Pod has the same shape: a senior Pod Operations Lead plus specialists across customer support, community, content ops, data and admin, and AI automation, all on PodFleet payroll.

Pod Operations Lead (POL)
The Pod Operations Lead, or POL, is the senior operator who runs a PodFleet Pod end-to-end and serves as the client's single point of contact. The POL is accountable for every Pod output, every SOP, every replacement decision, and the weekly metrics review.

Pod Trial
The Pod Trial is PodFleet's 4-week paid engagement where a Pod takes operational ownership of in-scope work and presents a retainer proposal at the end of week 4. Week 1 is onboarding, week 2 is handover, week 3 is full load, and week 4 is decision. Clients keep every SOP and dashboard regardless of whether they continue.
