WAT formula
The WAT formula is PodFleet's operating model: every ops problem is a combination of Workflow (the documented process), Agents (the humans and AI doing the work), and Tools (the systems they run on). Solve all three together, not separately.
Also called: Workflow Agents Tools framework, PodFleet WAT
Full definition
What this means at PodFleet.
WAT stands for Workflow, Agents, Tools. It is PodFleet's diagnostic and operating frame for any client engagement. Most outsourcing providers sell only Agents (people). Most automation agencies sell only Tools (software). Most consultancies sell only Workflow (documentation). PodFleet sells all three as a single operating system because no one of them holds up alone.
In practice, the Pod Operations Lead audits the client's existing W, A, and T during week 1 of the Pod Trial, identifies the weakest layer, and rebuilds it before stacking the others. By the end of week 3 the Pod is running the operation on all three layers simultaneously with a metrics dashboard live.
When to use this term
Use 'WAT formula' on first use, then 'WAT' is acceptable. Frame WAT as a diagnostic, not a sales pitch.

Insight
The WAT formula: every ops problem is one of three things
Workflow, Agents, Tools. Generic BPOs sell you Agents and leave the other two layers as your problem. PodFleet sells all three as one operating system, and here is the framework that explains why every 7-figure ops mess breaks down to a missing W, A, or T.
Insight
What is a managed operations Pod, really?
The definition of a managed operations Pod, what it includes, what it does not, and how it compares to the three alternatives most 7-figure founders consider (VAs, BPOs, fractional COOs).
Insight
Where AI actually belongs in 7-figure operations (and where it doesn't)
Every founder is being pitched AI tools. The honest framework for where AI saves time, where it costs more than it saves, and the structural test for whether a given AI move is worth turning on.
