These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of getpodfleet.com (the "Site"), operated by PodFleet, a d/b/a of HighImpct LLC ("PodFleet," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, scraping or harvesting data, introducing malicious code, or using it to infringe the rights of others.

Our services

The Site describes PodFleet's managed operations services. Any engagement for those services is governed by a separate written agreement between you and PodFleet. Nothing on the Site is an offer, guarantee, or binding commitment to provide services, and information on the Site may change without notice. Booking a call through the Site does not create a services contract.

Intellectual property

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, and the PodFleet name and brand, are owned by or licensed to PodFleet and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site without our prior written permission, except for ordinary viewing of the Site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which HighImpct LLC is organized, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute relating to the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located there.
